1. What’s the best part of being a CO on NEPTUNE TRIDENT?

Seeing the expressions of my crew members faces when we come into these ports.

2. What’s the best part about working for the Canadian Armed Forces?

The people that I get to meet.

3. What are your hobbies?

I love walking my dog, going… pretty much doing anything outdoors, including skiing and camping and hiking.

4. What is something you’ve never done but want to do?

Bungee jump!

5. What is the most valuable piece of advice that you have received?

Always learn from your mistakes.

6. What is the best part about being a Canadian?

The country that we live in and the people that we live and work with.

7. Tell me three words that best describe you.

Loyal, dependent and caring.

8. And ten seconds to go, what’s been the most rewarding work experience of your career?

Being a Commanding Officer in Moncton.
